It's been a very busy couple of weeks for me and my family. I have to admit that I, along with the rest of my family, have been neglecting most things that don't have to do with our new addition, Collins. It's hard to get things done when such a beautiful baby is living in the same house :)
As hard as it is to tear my self away from her, I know that my to do list is not going to do itself.
Besides spending time with my precious new niece and sister, I have gotten a couple of chances to visit with some friends. My wonderful family put together a going away party for me last Saturday night and I had a blast! It really warmed my heart to see all of the familiar faces stop by and see me throughout the night. It really made me feel so loved and blessed for all of the people I have in my life. And the martini selection that night was just the icing on the cake.

Overall, it was a great night! I have to admit that the martini's and my inability to wear my heart on anything but my sleeve left me a little emotional that night. Thankfully I have the worlds greatest friends who didn't mind putting up with my sappiness and frightful 80's dance moves.
